Rooms were not up to the mark. Service boys were good and empathetic. They helped quickly! The jet spray was broken and the exhaust and hot water in the bathroom didn't work.

We booked all rooms in Hotel Prince for a few days in January as we were conducting a family event. All our family members were highly appreciative of the well appointed rooms, staff service, food and amenities. KP was excellent as our contact point, he assisted us all the way. When we gave some constructive feedback he ensured immediate corrective actions which was refreshing to note. Thanks to Hotel Prince team and KP , our event went very smoothly and successfully. Highly recommend !

A great place to stay and very close to Adi Shankara temple at Kalady. Easy to get transport as well. An extremely clean and well maintained hotel. We had all the rooms there for a function for couple of days - their team led by Krishna Prasad - did a great job, accomodating all our requests and also providing regular updates. A great experience and highly recommend for families to stay at Kalady!
